I agree with most of what you said but those of us who work and pay taxes want a little accountability. I pay a lot in taxes. Not complaining. However, I don't want to pay more to support the open air drug market that has become Portland. Salem wants to out law flavored tobacco (great idea) but for a few bucks I can by meth, heroine and fentanyl legally on the street. WTF?
