Hop from one to the next on a long line of rocks jutting across the sea.
Three-fourths cup:
Aware that the tide will inexorably come and wash you off.
Six drops:
Kick afloat until it recedes and you can try to find the rocks again.
Stir in:
Hope the waves don't wash things away each time.
Garnish with self-loathing at inability to change.
